Product description
The striped counter bag is a shop counter staple. It is a flat, ungusseted paper bag with red stripes on white, a thumb notch at the opening and a folded base, and it comes in packs of 1,000 to keep near the till.
At 178 × 178 mm it holds a doughnut, two croissants, a quarter of loose sweets, a pair of earrings in a pouch or a handful of greetings cards. Bakeries also use it as a light wrap for a single slice of cake.
The paper is suitable for direct contact with dry and lightly greasy food. Clean bags can go in kerbside paper recycling.
