Plain white bags suit almost any counter. This is a flat, ungusseted sulphite paper bag with a thumb notch, ready to slip a purchase into at the till. The smooth white surface takes a rubber stamp or a handwritten note well.
At 254 × 254 mm it holds a sandwich, a large pastry, a paperback book, a pair of gloves or a few hardware items. Pharmacies and opticians use it for discreet, light purchases.
The paper is suitable for direct contact with dry and lightly greasy food. Clean bags can go in kerbside paper recycling.
