Product description
Greaseproof paper is a dense paper that resists oil and butter without any plastic coating. These sheets come pre-cut in packs of 1,000, so there is no roll to wrestle with during a busy lunch.
At 250 × 350 mm a sheet wraps a filled baguette or two rounds of sandwiches, lines a serving basket for chips, or sits between layers of cookies and traybakes in a box. Delis use them to wrap cheese and cooked meats before bagging.
Sheets are suitable for direct food contact. Clean paper can go in kerbside recycling, and greasy sheets in food waste where your council accepts it.
